BASS is Leading Employer

„Leading Employer“ is the world's most comprehensive survey of employer qualities. It looks at all aspects that are important to employees. In addition to employee satisfaction, this also includes job security, health management and working conditions, for example.

To identify the leading employers in a country, the study investigated around 160.000 companies, more than 200 international sources were considered, and 10 million data points were analyzed.

The information collected is evaluated neutrally and the top 1% are awarded. This year, this includes the company BASS, which has already won several awards for family friendliness.

The management is very pleased now to belong to the best employers in general in Germany, next to one of the best trainers and employers for women, and sees this as an incentive to continue to follow the goals set.
