BASS again awarded in Germany-wide magazines
For the magazines Brigitte and Eltern, BASS is once again among the "Best Companies for Families" and the "Best Employers for Women".
As in the previous year, the Gruner + Jahr Group, one of Europe's largest media houses, conducted surveys for the magazines "Eltern" and "Brigitte". The survey identified the best companies for families and the best employers for women.
The magazine "Eltern" gave BASS the full score for all criteria. No other company achieved this in the category "under 200 employees". The study took into account factors such as flexible working hours, re-entry after parental leave and the importance of family friendliness.
While "Eltern" magazine focused on family friendliness, "Brigitte" focused on the best employers for women. Compared to the previous year, BASS has improved even further. Criteria such as measures to reconcile work and family life, careers in top management and transparency were considered.
"It is a particular pleasure that we have received another award. As a medium-sized company, we are also honored to be among the best in such an illustrious round. The two awards confirm that we are continuing and constantly developing our sustainable, committed personnel policy," says Dr. Stefanie Leenen, Managing Director of BASS.
The survey results can be found in the current editions Parents 10/19 and Brigitte 21/19.
