Renaming to BASS GmbH

The change of legal form will not have any impact on existing contracts. All documents issued by the BASS GmbH & Co. KG, will remain valid and resulting rights and obligations will remain unchanged with the BASS GmbH as legal successor.

Also your contact persons are still there for you as usual. Our telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and also bank details are not subject to change.

However, we ask you to update the following data in your system and, from now on, use this for your business correspondence:

• new company name: BASS GmbH
• new commercial register number: District Court Ulm, HRB 727812
• new VAT number: DE282964583
