Review IHK-forum “family friendliness in KMU“
More than 60 participants at BASS informed and discussed about family friendliness in small and medium companies.
At the 25th October 2013 the topic “family” came to the fore. A variety of lectures given by experts from economy and science, like Trumpf, the building association Schwäbisch Hall or the college Heilbronn and a lot of discussions showed quickly a clear overall picture: Today family friendliness is an essential competitive factor and as important as a good fee to hire and hold employees. More than 60 participants exchanged about actions to increase the family friendliness in small and medium companies.
Thereby it became apparent – custom solutions, which are adjusted to the life situation of the single employee, should be developed and offered following the motto “the human at the center”.
