Together 100 years of BASS – employee anniversaries
Appreciating the experience of long-term employees
At the BASS festivity on December 6th seven celebratees were lauded: Claudia Ziegler-Schulz and Herbert Hainke for being 25 years with BASS, and Natalie Kaiser, Uwe Krohn, Armin Schmidt, Loreto Spagnuolo and Julia Weber for working 10 years in the company.
The management board members Dr. Stefanie Leenen and Martin Zeller congratulated the celebratees. They commended their achievements and merits for the company. The company as a whole, they said, would only be that successful because of the personal commitment of each particular employee. Then, the management board presented the celebratees with Certificates of Honour to express their gratitude for the long-standing commitment, and stressed that they look forward to more such years of fruitful cooperation.
Peter Schaffert, the head of the chamber of commerce branch office in Bad Mergentheim, congratulated the celebratees in the name of the chamber of commerce and solemnly read out die Certificates of Honour. Thereafter, mayor Rüdiger Zibold congratulated the celebratees in the name of the citizens of Niederstetten and gave them a fine wine present. Both speakers stressed that they share the high appreciation of long-term employees with BASS and said that they would consider long-standing devotedness and loyalty as very valuable assets.
Yvonne Braun, the chairperson of the staff council of BASS, thanked the celebratees in the name of all BASS employees for their good colleagueship and presented them with a gift basket. She said that the work with cooperative colleagues would be fun and that she would look forward to continued good cooperation.
